The Musei Capitolini are closed to the public on Wednesday 1st October

October 1, as part of the Italian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the City of Rome will host the meeting of the EU Covenant of Mayors. The Capitoline Museums will be closed for the entire day due to the vehicule and pedestrian traffic restriction in the area.
